Missing icon when new message arrived in panel icon

Bug Description

Hi,

When a new message arrived, the panel icon display a "missing icon" icon instead of the expected bubble.

In the logs I see:
empathy_pixbuf_from_icon_name_sized: Error loading icon: L'icône « notification-message-im » n'est pas présente dans le thème

I guess that 10_use_notify_osd_icons.patch is the problem here.

are you talking about the indicator getting blue which was in 11.04 but not in 11.10 ?

Hi,

No, I was talking about the icon from the regular notification in the panel, not the indicator applet

This is definitly an issue with an ubuntu patch in empathy (10_use_notify_osd_icons.patch)

I guess this patch could maybe be dropped?

i will talk with ken about this one if this is only problem in ubuntu than i guess there is the problem of patch.

I think that patch is still needed, however we really only want to use it for the notification, not for the status icon. So I guess this only affects GNOME panel, not unity or gnome-shell?
