Unable to locate any configuration file

Hi Donal,

Can you verify that this is still a bug? We recently removed (for security reasons) the automatic loading of config files in the current working directory of the glance-api/registry executables. I think that may have been the problem here?

Don't see this problem with latest code.

Seems to be fixed. Marking invalid, as I can't pin point the fix, and I can't reproduce.
