Bug Description
The python-nova package is installing run_tests.py.
root@nova1:~# dpkg -S /usr/share/
python-nova: /usr/share/
We shouldn't be installing run_tests.py with our python-nova package.

FYI. I found this because something in this Glance branch caused the same issue:

Essentially both python-glance and python-nova were trying to install /usr/share/
Neither package should have this file.
