native sync announcement mails don't show all changes since last version

This sync changed the version in Oneiric from 1.0.33 to 1.0.35. The way that sync-source.py worked was that it included all changes after the old version up to and including the new version in the announcement mail. Native syncs should do the same.
This is useful because it means that the announcement mail actually describes the change to the archive, rather than just the most recent item. (While not many people have the energy to follow all changes to a series, there definitely are people who follow them in filtered forms for smaller numbers of packages.)
