queue UI: apparently no way to override individual binaries

Bug Description

When there's a multi-binary package in NEW (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+queue), there's apparently no way to apply overrides to individual binaries. As shown in the attached screenshot, there is one checkbox next to the entire upload, which can presumably then be used to apply overrides to all the binaries in the upload (it's not terribly clear, but that's my guess).

This is fairly unusable for serious work, since overrides very often differ between different binaries in a multi-binary upload. For example, it is commonplace for a source package in Ubuntu main to have some binaries in main and some in universe.

That page has been the bane of my life for the last 4 years. It's been redesigned once, and it still has usability and performance issues! It probably needs redesigning again.

Maybe putting effort into an API equivalent would take the pressure off?

Yes, we intend to make an API to replace your queue script tool, but I still
want a working UI.

Do you use all the functionality in the queue tool generally?

Pretty much, yes. There's not a lot of fat in there.
