Bug Description

Crashed when upgrading from Ubuntu 11.04, before (while?) selecting timezone.

TEST CASE:
1. In step 'Where are you?' enter a location with a non-ascii character (accented letter)

Actually occured right after selecting the time zone on the map and clicking on "next". Two installs, occured twice.

This is reproducible when the users enter a location with accent (or non-ascii character)
