This rejection is obviously wrong. Please look at the Version field in the .dsc, not the file name of the .dsc! Also, please look at this as soon as possible as there is currently no way to upload a substantial number of packages in the archive.

By my count, this affects 1622 packages out of 12717 at the moment.

This regression will be fixed ASAP. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Tests added to see if epoch is being considered properly for uploads.

I forgot to mention the regression source, it was introduce by the fix of bug #83976 (RF 3811).
