Vcs-Bzr: lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/cpu-checker/trunk
Neither of these exists. It looks as though it's cpu-checker-dev rather than ubuntu-core-dev? That said, it's an organisational bug for packages in Ubuntu to have primary maintenance branches that ubuntu-core-dev can't write to.
Also, "edge." should be removed from both this Vcs-Browser field and the Homepage field:
