Bug Description
On the bug page, there is no link to report a new bug on the same package. It should exist, as it is common for people to file multiple bugs on the same package at the same time.

There is already such a link, but it is in the Actions menu, even less obvious than the other Actions items, so this can be a duplicate of the bug report about moving it out of there.
