Bug Description
In gerrit, I am a member of keystone-core, but I am not in launchpad.
The membership in gerrit should always be exactly equal to launchpad, including both adding and removing from groups.

I think groups may also not be removed. In gerrit, nova-core was a member of glance-core, but not so in launchpad.
