Satellite SL-16 R/B causes problems

Bug Description

Satellite SL-16 R/B causes Stellarium to freeze when displayed, at least on my computer. Alexander Wolf reports that his computer didn't froze, but the TEME coordinates were messed up for that satellite.

Current TLE data from the Satellites plug-in configuration window:

The SL-16 rocket body re-entered the Earths atmosphere on the 22nd November, 2011 @ 18:44 GMT ± 1 minute.

On the top of that, there are multiple rocket bodies with the designation "SL-16 R/B" in Celestrak's Visual list:

I'm taking a look at it. Got a fix which prevents crashes - automatically remove a satellite if it's altitude <= 0. Will commit a fix shortly.
