Bug Description
Devstack rudely overwrites a users screenrc file without even checking if it is present.
I much prefer the old method of setting up screen (possibly I'm remembering 'nova.sh') where it configured the screen it launched with a hardstatus line, rather than changing a user's defaults or setting some for them.
note, this interacts badly with 'byobu'.

Agreed. We almost always run stack.sh in a vm or container so hadn't hit
this issue.
