Bug Description

There are two instances of assertDictEqual in glance which are causing test failures in python 2.6. I'll be proposing a fix shortly.

    Remove assertDictEqual for python 2.6 compatibility.

    Fixes bug 915604. Removes assertDictEqual from glance tests and replaces it with assertEqual.
