Improve appearance of category headers

Here is a screenshot of the current state, for design team approval.

I use Gnome icon theme, I get "no image" icons. These icon should be put into a local hicolor tree, the same way that apps who ship icon do it

Tobias, that's due to this patch:

I filed bug #934335 asking to move the icons to hicolor, so other icon themes don't need to worry about all of this.

There is also probably a bug to file against gnome-control-center.
