Bug Description

This option should be disable by default (ref. the updated specs).

Afaik, the grid has been implemented by Cimi, please check which setting should be set.

Thanks but you can't keep adding requests mid-cycle this way, workitems are dispatched according to the capacity of the team at the start of the cycle we don't have room for adding extra features this cycle, that will be for next cycle

Note that the current design as an issue, the vertical space use means the capplet doesn't fit on a nb screen

@seb, this is a request from the visual team. Cimi already did the implementation outside the System Settings.

About the size, the panel should fit without scrolling in a 768 px display. Said that, the panel containing the thumbnails could be reduced in height if needed.

Could you guys talk to the ubuntu teams before starting on modifying components this way? Where did Cimi do the implementation? What component is that changing? Is there any bug or vcs we can watch to see what he's doing and give earlier feedback to help him get his work in the distro and not notice at the end that what he's doing might be problematic and should be redone in a different way?
