    Help output tweaks, Vol I

    Fixes bug 936399 and bug 936424

    * Refer to 'Identiy API' rather than 'Keystone API'
    * 'keystone help' and 'keystone --help' now produce the same output,
      the list of sub-commands
    * updates README
