12.04 not set nameserver in pxe boot ( resolvconf or dhcp client bug)

Bug Description
12.04 not set dns in resolv.conf when boot from pxe (tftpboot an nfs) .
It is not a problem of dhcp-server because when i boot 10.04.4 image from the same server is all ok .
