Linaro GCC

Registered 2010-06-11 by Loïc Minier

Linaro GCC is performance focused branch of the current GCC stable release and includes backports of the improvements and bug fixes that Linaro and others have done upstream.

This project contains backports of work that we and the community have done to improve GCC on ARM.

Releases are made monthly and consist of a source release that is a drop-in replacement for FSF GCC. You can then configure and build the source release for your particular use. See:
 http://gcc.gnu.org/install/
for more.

Want pre-built binaries for Ubuntu? The GCC package in Ubuntu Maverick and later already includes the Linaro changes. Want a cross compiler? Try installing the gcc-arm-linux-gnueabi package.

Want pre-built binaries for Linux or Windows? See the Linaro Toolchain Binaries page at https://launchpad.net/linaro-toolchain-binaries
