Changing name

GNOME Serial is changing to be called RxTx. GNOME Serial is too specific and will be misleading to future users of this program after it gets ported to other desktop environments.
GNOME Serial is under active development

GNOME Serial was just added to Launchpad and is beginning active development. The beginning code base should show up in the near future.
