* Clean up the mess with Exceptions
* Work on Windows, Mac, Linux (Cygwin?)
* Work with tcp and upd packets, and extensible to any other protocol
* Compatible with Inet6
* binary_data could be presented as an autonomous packet
* Remove typedefs for well-known data types (ulong, ushort bla bla)
