Current system doesn't treat Pockets properly

Bug Description

Since it was developed before the real existence of Pocket concept, the builddmaster doesn't treat them properly, even if i has some support (unused atm). We need to investigate and fix it ASAP.

Bump severity/priority since this blocks the fix of critical bugs in breezy-updates (#30049 and #30050), and in general we need to be able to upload stuff to -updates.

It's included in Soyuz Mainline and should be release next LP rollout
