Development on PyTask has begun!

Good news! PyTask has begun development!

Please pull the trunk down from launchpad (as there are no source packages yet!) and try it out. Right now blueprints should be created and bugs filed. Im still working on 2 or 3 experimental features, some of which will be included in the 0.1 release.
