Version 0.5 released

Written for Image Writer by Tobin Davis on 2012-02-16

Version 0.5 has been released. Not as much testing as I would like to have before releasing, so please test and file bugs appropriately (include release version, Windows version, Media info and if possible a link to the image you are trying to burn.

(Note: I had uploaded the zip files yesterday before discovering the binary zip was missing two critical dll's - that has been fixed).
