xnoise media player v0.2.19 and plugins have just been released.

xnoise media player v0.2.19 and it's plugins have been released.

There are some internal updates, new translation updates and some GUI
changes.

A SPECIAL NOTE FOR PACKAGERS:
The libtaginfo version for builds should be >= 0.1.6 and < 0.2.0 . There
will be a new version for libtaginfo soon, but it will have an ABI
break. So make sure there will not be any problems then.
Libtaginfo is a C++ wrapper of taglib and provides C and vala bindings.
