SASL authentication + blowfish for keldair

SASL authentication, when done over SSL, is encrypted with blowfish. Keldair should support this.

CertFP Authentication for keldair

Allowing keldair the ability to authenticate to services via CertFP would grant much additional security.

Improve SRV Record Usage for SpartaX

SpartaX may be the first, and only, IRC bot to implement SRV usage, but the current implementation is rather sloppy, and does not show the full potential of SRV. Movement is made to clean up the code *considerably*.

IRC Client support of SRV records as a replacement to A records. SRV record management would be highly superior to the outdated A record management.
