Add multiarch metadata for ed

* wrong version number used: should be 1.6-2ubuntu1
* wrong target distribution: should be raring
* maintainer & original-maintainer fields are not updated

The debdiff attached is neither suitable as debian nmu in debian, nor as a ubuntu patch in ubuntu.

please re-subscribe sponsors team when corrected debdiff is available, or somebody else adjusts the attached patch and uploads this fix.

Gah - it's one bloody line. You're lucky I made you a patch at all as
well as doing it upstream in debian. Do I really have to do it again?

i take care of ed in debian and ubuntu, and try to keep both in sync. Debian
release team is currently blocking me uploading a m-a fix to debian. please
don't leave debian and ubuntu in sync.

Martin: diverging in this case is the right thing to do. We are working hard on improving cross-building support in Ubuntu (with an extensive set of patches in the Debian BTS), and do not wish to be impeded by the Debian freeze, nor is it necessary for the Debian freeze to impede us. It will be trivial to bring ed back into sync later once you are able to upload the M-A field change to Debian.
