Please mark rpm2cpio Multi-Arch: foreign

I'm not sure about addressing the rest of the binaries in the rpm source package. I'm only blocked on rpm2cpio specifically. I'll submit a patch, but I can expand it if needed. Thanks.

The attachment "rpm2cpio.saucy.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. I doubt that it's worth doing an SRU for this for raring and quantal, though. precise makes more sense, as most third-party packages will target that. Do you agree?

Ah, the saucy upload was rejected, there is a newer version in saucy-proposed which is depwaiting on a newer liblua, which we don't have yet. Deferring this until that gets sorted out.

The problem with not piggy-bagging quantal & raring SRUs, is that 3rd-party packages will get removed on upgrade from precise to quantal/raring. Although, not many people are upgrading from precise to quantal/raring, I wouldn't want to introduce upgrade issues, especially for 3-rd party packages.

It is working fine for me. To test it I put rpm2cpio as a build-requirement to build a i386 package on a x86_64 system. Now I am able to build it using 'dpkg-buildpackage -ai386'.

Hi Brian. I can confirm the multi-arch: foreign field works as expected using the proposed packages on precise, quantal, and raring.
