Bug Description
During dist-upgrade I see a lot of
"
degraded
"
Lines.
It seems like systemd is leaking those through invoke-rc.d calls.
E.g. $ invoke-rc.d apport stop
Prints "degraded", note that my machine is systemd-booted and is currently in degraded state.

Right, this is visible with sh -x:
$ sh -x /usr/sbin/ invoke- rc.d apport stop
+ systemctl is-system-running
degraded
That's my fault from the recent fix for avoiding deadlocks.
