Bug Description

Since we already have the infrastructure to delete publications we can also provide web UI for it

Web UI is important specially for PPAs and will help us to reduce shell access for ubuntu maintenance task which will benefit MOTU directly.

Have just checked it out. When do the files themselves get cleaned? It
seems that it is still showing the size of my archive to be the same
even after I have removed packages using the new user interface.

Also—and this is just a suggestion—the user interface might be better if
there were simply a "Delete" button on the main page that shows the PPA,
with a check box next to each of the packages, instead of a separate
page. Again, this is just a suggestion—the fewer steps involved in
doing anything, the better.
