Bug Description

There's no information of how to override the name of the bridge that it should use for the external network in the L3 agent's ini file located anywhere.

The following configuration parameters are currently not specified in the l3 agent ini file:

1) external_network_bridge
2) metadata_ip
3) metadata_port
4) polling_interval

All that is needed here is to add commented lines to the ini file with the parameter's default value and a brief description.
