Bug Description

Per https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/foundations-1303-consolekit-logind-migration, we'd like to move away from ConsoleKit for seat management and suspend/shtudown/... in favour of logind.

indicator-datetime currently uses CK to execute an action (resyncing the clock) on resume. It's possible to do this with UPower instead. We already use UPower by default in Ubuntu.
