Top bar in GNOME Shell should say "Install Ubuntu GNOME" or "Install" not "Ubiquity"

Bug Description

When the installer is opened in Ubuntu GNOME's live session, it show up in the top bar as Ubiquity. I believe this name is determined by simply capitalizing the binary name (/usr/bin/ubiquity). I have noticed this in other Python apps (but not all of them) such as Gpartedbin and Apport-gtk. The "Ubiquity" name also shows up in the Alt-Tab window switcher and the left sidebar ("dash") of the Activities Overview.

Instead it should say either "Install" or "Install Ubuntu GNOME 13.10"

Presumably gnome-shell is failing to find the desktop file for whatever reason. If we fix that, then it should also fix the other python apps that mis-display titles.

Otherwise I think just "Install" is fine.
