Beta preview of Galera 2.0, backward compatible with 1.x

Featuring is Incremental State Transfer (IST) which transfers missing writesets instead of application state. Much faster than SST and non-blocking on donor.

To enable: ist.recv_addr=<my IP>

IST works only when all nodes are upgraded to 2.0.
