sosreport needs to collect squid-deb-proxy info

The following debdiff fixes this bug, and the two following bugs :

    - Add rabbitmq log collection (LP: #1308232)
    - Collect upstart log files (LP: #1309679)

The attachment "lp1308232_rabbitmq_upstart_squid-deb.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If the attachment isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are member of the ~ubuntu-sponsors, unsubscribe the team.

This looks fine, but did you really want the version in utopic to be 3.1-1ubuntu3.14.10.1? That seems more like an SRU version number.

I had 3.1.1ubuntu3 at the beginning for Utopic, then version numbered for the other releases and I switched to all version numbered. But I do agree that the version in Utopic should be 3.1.1ubuntu3.

Accepted sosreport into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sosreport/3.1-1ubuntu2.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Seems like /etc/squid-deb-proxy/ was already collected.. with new backport - /var/log/squid-deb-proxy/ is collected as well.
