Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
Ubuntu Gutsy, all updates installed
1. Choose "System" > "Help and Support".
2. Choose "Advanced topics".
3. Choose "Installing server applications".
What happens: "Unable to load page - The requested URI 'ghelp:server' is invalid".

Confirmed. There is no document named 'server' - this would possibly be fixed if we changed the following line in server.xml:

+ <book lang="&language;" id="server">
