I assume that this comes on top of LP#2003286,
hence it's not a duplicate of
LP#2003286 - "[23.04 FEAT] zipl support for List-Directed IPL from ECKD DASD (s390-tools)".

According to
https://github.com/ibm-s390-linux/s390-tools/releases
it's not incl. in s390-tools yet (up to 2.25.0).

Okay, it's brand new, and with that will (highly likely) be part of the new s390-tools versions (that is supposed to be released around Feb. 10) for lunar. Great!
